1Q: Where do we get groceries?
A: There are numerous grocery stores out on the 192, just minutes away. The Winn-Dixie is a full-service grocery store, although we usually end up at Super Target a few blocks further to the left. If you truly want to relax, let someone else do the shopping for you. We often order our Shop Amazon Exclusives-Baby for the parks and other necessities (baby wipes, clorox wipes, coffee, popcorn, starbucks drinks) and have them delivered directly to the house by Amazon Prime Now. If you don't have Prime Now, you can have packages delivered to the Windsor Palms Clubhouse and pick them up there. The staff is wonderful and helpful.
2Q: Where do we get tickets for the theme parks?
A: You can always buy tickets at the respective parks or through AAA, however, I have been personally buying tickets from Undercover Tourist since the late 1990's. They are reliable and if you are buying more than 3 days in the parks, the discounts add up fast. Click HERE to go to their website.
3Q: What is your refund policy?
A: The reservation deposit to hold your dates is non-refundable. The following cancellation charges will apply:
a) Over 60 days prior to check-in-date: 100% of the Reservation Deposit is forfeited.
b) Between 30 days - 60 days of check-in-date: 50% of Rental Amount is forfeited. The Security Deposit will be refunded.
c) Within 30 days prior to check-in-date: 100% of the Full Rental Amount is forfeited unless the Property is re-rented for the entire length of the stay, and at full price for that season, in which case there will be a 20% cancellation fee, or $250, whichever is greater.

No refunds are given for early check out (earlier than your pre-booked departure date) unless previously agreed with the Homeowner. 4Q: When is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, we recommend booking the additional night to guarantee such. If you don't book the additional evening, we offer for a reduced rate early check-in or late check-out, but only on an as available basis, and not confirmed until the night before. You are able to use the clubhouse and community amenities all day on your check-in and check-out dates.
5Q: Do we need to rent a car?
A: While it is not a total necessity, we definitely suggest renting a car. There are shuttles from the resort to the major parks and attractions, but the convenience factor for a car is huge. There are several car rental companies that you will find right at the MCO terminal. Dollar and Thrifty are two of those. We often rent a car, but then use Uber if we want to enjoy a nice night out without worrying about driving. 6Q: The gate is manned, what do we need to enter the community?
A: The first time you enter the gate, you will need to show photo ID and your welcome email from us. The gate tender will provide you with a hang tag that will expire on your check-out date. You won't have to show ID again after that.

A: This is a tough question for these owners as we are really Disney nerds. Our first and best advice is to take advantage of Disney's Memory Maker. 9Q: Do you offer any attraction discounts as part of your rental?
A: We do not offer discounts for the attractions, but we do have a partnership with Undercover Tourist for you to obtain the lowest prices on tickets for all the Orlando attractions.
